Episode Transcript
[00:00:00] Speaker A: 1, 2, 3.
[00:00:03] Speaker B: Spells and whistles.
[00:00:08] Speaker C: Guys, it's simple.
[00:00:10] Speaker A: While we're dying, this fight.
[00:00:29] Speaker B: Welcome to Spells and Whistles. This is the big bad evil fight at the end of the campaign. It's gonna be really fun.
If you don't know who we are, go listen to the other episodes 5, E, D and D. If you don't.
[00:00:42] Speaker D: Know who we are, why are you starting at the end of the podcast?
[00:00:45] Speaker B: Why are you starting at the end? Don't do that.
[00:00:47] Speaker C: Spoilers, silly.
[00:00:50] Speaker A: The bottom of the pit.
[00:00:53] Speaker B: This is three years in the making and it's like kind of nerve wracking, but also I'm excited, so it's going to be a good time.
[00:01:00] Speaker D: It's okay.
[00:01:00] Speaker B: We're just goofy little guys.
[00:01:01] Speaker D: Nothing can ever go wrong.
[00:01:03] Speaker B: Just. Just some guys.
So the last time the group decided to spend more time preparing for this fight, spent about 12 weeks. Myla learning about the prism, everyone leveling up. Auden spent some time revisiting home.
Very emotional ID did some training and some diplomacy as well.
Melwyn spends a lot of time with her mom and D, which is cool. Most parents she's ever had in her whole life.
[00:01:32] Speaker C: Holy shit.
[00:01:32] Speaker E: Holy fuck.
[00:01:35] Speaker C: Damn.
[00:01:39] Speaker B: Clip it. I'm sorry. I love Melwyn dearly and I love her family.
They're not dead. So it's fascinating that there's a D and D character with three parents. That's crazy. Yeah.
[00:01:50] Speaker A: Wild.
[00:01:51] Speaker D: It's okay.
[00:01:53] Speaker B: In the meantime, I'll get more.
[00:01:55] Speaker D: It's fine.
[00:01:55] Speaker B: Erendrill had been moving erratically across the landscape looking for something. Didn't seem to find it. And then they took an airship and kind of dropped down right in front of him. Had a very short conversation and we're just gonna kind of get into it. First, I'm gonna go over some things about this combat. We're gonna do our best to describe the audio vision version of what's going on here. A reminder to whoever's laser pointing that this is in my recording of the map. So sweet.
Yeah.
So I have modified the Matt Coville rules on, like mass combat with armies. It's pretty much the same, but if you haven't heard it, each army is kind of split into individual parts. So we have archers, cavalry, light, medium and heavy infantry. On our map, there are nine groupings. There's one archers, two cavalry, three light infantry, two medium infantry, and one heavy. Basically, it's a simplified version, like grouping of people acting as one creature. They have an attack, they have a damage. And my players can attack them as they would with Any sort of one creature. Same with spells. It can be targeted sort of as one creature. When the size of the army is split down to half, they have to start making morale checks. If they fail their morale check, they take another casualty, which is not good for any of them. I'll tell you, their size isn't like 20, so not great.
They also have to make a morale check when they are down to a size of one. Meaning they could take one casualty before they die. If they fail that check, they are going to try to run away. If they succeed that check, they'll stick around fight till the very end.
They also have a couple extra traits.
So if you hear something about one section of the army that hasn't been said already, it's probably a trait that they have as that section of army. Hopefully that all makes sense.
Otherwise we have Erendrill as a singular creature, as normal. And then here in the fight, we have id, Odd and Myla Melwyn. We also have Ari. We have Melwyn's familiar, we have Yaron and we also have Myla's badger.
[00:04:22] Speaker D: All of the tokens.
[00:04:23] Speaker B: Those are all the good guys so far. Those are all the good guys so far. We can't. Who knows, Maybe otter or I forgot what the other one is.
[00:04:33] Speaker A: I'm so sorry, Olivia.
[00:04:34] Speaker B: We used the otter for the most part. No, no, no. Of Jay's thing.
Phoenix.
Okay, cool. Yeah.
Well then I didn't forget.
Great. The players are going to run Ahri on my behalf so that I can focus on the enemies. There's a lot of enemies.
[00:04:53] Speaker D: Yeah.
[00:04:54] Speaker B: Cool. Can we go over just basic character stuff where you're at what levels of things that you are, maybe your hit points, maybe your forgotten magic items. Whatever. Whatever you think is important.
[00:05:11] Speaker C: Hi, I'm Ben. I'm playing a character named ID. He is a full level 11 paladin. He is technically the shifter heritage, but he's a human in the lore with a heart that makes him change his stuff with black goop and also purple because that's the whole thing about colors and stuff.
Go back and listen to the episodes if you don't know what's up with the colors. He's got 125 hit points. He's got an armor class of 20.
He's got a bunch of spells. He's got some feats such as Mage, Slayer and Sentinel.
And he absorbed some power from Mind Flayer and he can do the Mind Flayer blast.
And he's got a cool cloak and he's got an Amulet that lets him do his channel divinity twice instead of just once, which is rad.
And he's got a radiantly infused weapon from our bestie Myla.
[00:06:15] Speaker E: Isn't it enhanced now? I 100 your message we talked about.
[00:06:20] Speaker C: Okay.
[00:06:21] Speaker E: Weeks ago.
[00:06:22] Speaker D: Lmao.
[00:06:24] Speaker C: Yes. But I don't remember if it was confirmed or not.
[00:06:27] Speaker E: I confirmed it. Sorry.
[00:06:28] Speaker C: He's got a cool plus two warpit.
[00:06:31] Speaker B: From our friend Milo now.
Sorry.
[00:06:38] Speaker E: Two more picks to the sun.
[00:06:40] Speaker C: Yeah, it's okay. He's got some cool spells, one of which is like a readied action jumping off of our airship thing for Magic Circle. Got that approved last time.
It's gonna pop off when we start and it's gonna be very good. I hope that's it.
[00:06:59] Speaker A: Popcorn it to someone else.
[00:07:00] Speaker B: Hell yeah. Thank you.
[00:07:01] Speaker C: Popcorn to a person that I called out for giving me stuff. It's Jay, AKA Nyla.
[00:07:07] Speaker D: I'm passing the phone too.
[00:07:10] Speaker E: Hi, I'm Jay. I play Myla. She is a fire Genasi, level 10 Artillerist, Artificer. That's the words. And one level of Rogue. She is connected to.
She's connected to the prism, which is really rad. So she does a lot of extra damage and lots of cool, cool stuff like gets extra spells and spell slots. It's really rad. Go listen to last episode if you haven't already.
You should have listened to all of it. But whatever. In her most recent level up, she gained some more hp, obviously. She also got another infused item as well as two more known infusions. So right now her infusions are distributed as such.
It has an advanced enhanced weapon. I can say that Enhanced weapon Auden has a returning weapon. Melwen has Boots of the Winding Path. And Myla has something on her like cloak. Now that's called Mind sharpener. So that's how that's distributed. Right now she has her badger, Mr. Grumbles next to her and she is ready to rumble.
Popcorn 2 Grace keeping you on the toes.
[00:08:29] Speaker D: Hello, my name is Grace. I play a little tiefling named Melon. She's a lightning based tiefling because I thought that would be fun.
She has two levels in Scribe's wizard and one level in Divine Soul Sorcerer. Not one. Level nine levels in Divine Soul Sorcerer. I know my character build.
I'm level three, actually. Fun fact. Hi.
[00:08:56] Speaker B: She's level three.
[00:08:58] Speaker D: Melanie's widdle. I got. I got things. I got. I got more health. I'm officially not allowed to be hit for a little bit because I have. I have 69hp as Melon's max HP to finish this campaign, which is objectively the funniest thing ever. And I'm really happy about it. I have.
I got new spells from what's her face Arcanist Lexia. So I have dragon's breath, which I got from a spell scroll. I also got Bestow Curse, and I took Steel and Strike because they're fun spells. No one currently has a familiar out and about right now, which I took that spell back in like level 6 and completely forgot about it. So we're really good at this, guys.
On top of that, Melon has fun little magics, including and not limited to her disrupt ability spell, also known as Nope. Which lets me do some basically counterspell the enemy's natural abilities. Because we built our own spells. And by we built our own spells, I mean Myla and Melwyn sat down for like three weeks. And Anastasia did all the work.
I also sound like this today because I just got back from PAX east, so at time of recording.
So if I try to do the mellowing voice and it doesn't work, you'll know why.
[00:10:24] Speaker A: Use your imagination, listeners.
[00:10:25] Speaker D: Use your imagination, Mugger J. Just pitch me up in post. It'll be fine.
[00:10:32] Speaker C: That's so funny.
[00:10:36] Speaker D: Yeah.
[00:10:36] Speaker B: Someone uses pitch correction.
[00:10:38] Speaker D: Cool.
Amazing. I don't know what else we're saying other than Melon's about to cast a bunch of spells and I have a lot of shit to take to keep track of because spellcasters so good. Meg.
[00:10:50] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm playing Auden Odyssey is a full level 11 barbarian with special things to her rage, including, but not limited to advantage on deck saves. She has relentless rage, so she gets conked out. She can maybe not be conked.
She also has her infectious fury. So if she claws someone, they'll get mad too and either take psychic damage or hit somebody else. That I decide. A special item she has. She has a ring of regeneration, but I don't think the combat's gonna take 10 minutes in game, so I don't think that's gonna come up. I also have a returning javelin from my bestie, Myla. I also have some spells up my sleeve. Is a Triton, but whether we'll see those or not, you'll just have to wait and see. How was that?
[00:11:43] Speaker B: Okay. Sounds good. That was everyone.
Beautiful.
[00:11:46] Speaker D: It's very easy to forget there's only four players in this game.
[00:11:49] Speaker A: There's a lot going on.
Oh, popcorn. Anastasia. There we go.
[00:11:55] Speaker D: Yeah. What do you have today?
[00:11:57] Speaker A: Acid pools.
[00:11:59] Speaker B: I'm Playing Erendrill.
[00:12:01] Speaker A: He him.
[00:12:03] Speaker B: That's it. Yeah.
He him.
Actually, I was supposed to be rolling Initiative for all of them in this meantime, and I haven't been doing that.
[00:12:12] Speaker D: So imagine being smart and efficient.
[00:12:14] Speaker A: Second, should we also be rolling Initiative?
[00:12:17] Speaker B: You can if you would like.
[00:12:18] Speaker E: I was about to ask the same thing.
[00:12:21] Speaker A: Holy shit.
[00:12:24] Speaker C: I crit on my Initiative.
[00:12:26] Speaker B: Oh, my God.
[00:12:26] Speaker A: I crit on both of my D20. I'm gonna take a picture right now.
[00:12:30] Speaker D: This is crazy.
[00:12:33] Speaker E: Speedy, Dee.
[00:12:34] Speaker A: It's so hard to read these dice.
[00:12:35] Speaker E: But I got a crit halved.
[00:12:40] Speaker D: That's a funny way of putting it.
Sorry. I'm trying to find where my love stole Melwyn's shoes.
[00:12:48] Speaker E: It's not Boots of the Winding Path. It's Boots of Striding and Springing. That is the Artificer infusion that I have is. Because it's not the replicate magic item. It is the Boots of Striding and Springing Artificer Infusion.
[00:13:02] Speaker D: Cool. Amazing.
Initiative time.
[00:13:09] Speaker B: This is Initiative time. Let's do this.
[00:13:13] Speaker D: All right, Melon. What the.
[00:13:14] Speaker B: You all are going to die.
[00:13:18] Speaker C: I don't know about that.
[00:13:19] Speaker B: Oh, and I have to roll for the bad guy.
[00:13:22] Speaker C: Oh, that's actually Jay, stop spinning my r. Oh, Lord.
[00:13:27] Speaker D: No.
[00:13:27] Speaker E: For it.
[00:13:28] Speaker C: Hey.
[00:13:28] Speaker D: Hey, Meg. What's your dex?
[00:13:30] Speaker A: My dex is two. Do you beat me out?
[00:13:34] Speaker D: No, we are. What's your actual score?
[00:13:38] Speaker A: My actual score is a 14.
[00:13:43] Speaker D: Okay. We have to roll these.
[00:13:44] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:13:49] Speaker D: Okay. You go first. Yeah.
[00:13:50] Speaker E: Okay.
This episode of Spells and Whistles is brought to you by our latest sponsor.
I didn't think of a bit beforehand. I was hoping it'd come up to me on this.
It's brought to you by Rollies.
[00:14:05] Speaker B: I got it.
[00:14:06] Speaker E: The proper way to determine initiative. Get your rollies today, wherever you are.
[00:14:12] Speaker D: I also crit on Initiative fun. That's in Swagwa.
[00:14:16] Speaker B: Ah.
[00:14:17] Speaker A: This is crazy.
[00:14:18] Speaker E: It's okay. I'm saving my crits for when I hit people.
[00:14:21] Speaker B: Boy howdy. I like 22.1, but yeah, they're all.
[00:14:26] Speaker C: Going to go together anyway.
[00:14:27] Speaker D: Remember when we said they're not all going to be grouped out? Oh, I got a roll for Ari. Initiative is just sticks.
[00:14:33] Speaker B: To be fair, the heavy industry goes before Myla. I don't.
[00:14:36] Speaker D: Does Ari.
[00:14:37] Speaker B: I will.
[00:14:39] Speaker D: Proficiency. I guess you would have written it on there.
[00:14:42] Speaker B: No, she doesn't. It's just her decks.
[00:14:44] Speaker D: Okay, that's what I thought. Ari also.
Well, roll a 19 for Ari.
[00:14:49] Speaker A: Whoa.
[00:14:50] Speaker C: How do you get Initiative proficiency?
[00:14:52] Speaker D: There's some things that let you add your proficiency bonus. To your initiative. But I don't remember off the top of my head.
[00:14:58] Speaker C: That's crazy.
Have like half proficiency.
[00:15:03] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah.
[00:15:04] Speaker D: Hey, guys, remember when we said we were the. We joked about all of them being grouped together.
[00:15:12] Speaker B: Here's the order. Auden, Melwyn, id Heavy infantry. Myla, medium infantry. Erendrill, Ari, Light infantry. Archers and cavalry. Stick with us. It's gonna be good, I promise.
[00:15:25] Speaker A: Be so brave.
[00:15:26] Speaker B: Okay.
Be so brave. If we're. If we're sitting here doing this, you have to listen to it. That's the rule.
So Erendrill just said, unfortunate.
Be good to have you. But I see how it is.
It's gonna be audience turn first.
[00:15:42] Speaker A: Okay.
I would like. I think she doesn't like that smack talking, so I think she's just gonna run right into it. I would like to bonus action. Use my rage.
Choosing my claws as my special little thing that I can do. My special, special beast form.
She is going to run up to this guy.
La la la. She has a crazy movement speed due to another barbarian thing where she adds half of her movement when she rages. So I'm just gonna pop her. She's gonna run straight at Erendrill, I think here, like right in front of him. She's gonna make her first claw attack, which is going to be 14 plus 4 plus 4, 14 plus 8, which is 22, which I'm hoping hits.
[00:16:43] Speaker B: He is going to use a reaction and teleport away.
Stinker Bitch to Coward.
Just north of one of these, like, wastewater rivers, right next to the second light infantry unit.
[00:17:06] Speaker A: So that was 15ft of movement. Not a problem, my guy.
I got mad speed. I have 60ft of movement this turn.
[00:17:17] Speaker B: So true.
[00:17:18] Speaker A: I'm going to just go ahead and go, oh, that's not the right tool. She'll take a leap In a bound. 5, 10, 15. She'll jump. She has a running start, so she should be able to jump equal to her strength modifier or thing distance wise, which is 18, which would get her over the thing. But if you want me to roll athletics, I can and will.
[00:17:41] Speaker B: No, you're just sharing space with some people, so it's going to be difficult to move through them.
[00:17:47] Speaker A: That's fine. I still have so much movement.
So let's see. That was 15 plus 15, which is 30, plus 20 is 50. Yeah, I'll just ski daddle diagonal right there. So she's on the other side of Arendelle once again. And I'll make so with my claws. I make two attacks with my claws per attack. Action.
So she's just gonna say nice try.
Oh, shoot. I rolled really poorly. So that one won't hit. I guess I'll just beat him up with my hammer with my second attack. Action.
[00:18:22] Speaker B: Cool.
[00:18:24] Speaker A: That was so tragic. Anytime I have like a neat quip it goes poorly. So maybe I just need to sound severe.
That is going to be a.
An 18 to hit.
[00:18:37] Speaker B: And 18 does not hit.
[00:18:38] Speaker A: 18 does not hit. Heard Chef.
Cool. In that case. That is my movement. That is my action. That's my bonus action. I'm going to pass Melwin on the floor.
The floor is yours. That's the expression.
[00:18:52] Speaker B: Got it.
[00:18:53] Speaker D: Amazing. Cool. Mel on the floor just froze.
[00:18:57] Speaker B: Why?
[00:18:57] Speaker D: How.
[00:18:57] Speaker A: Oh.
[00:18:59] Speaker B: Break dancing.
[00:19:01] Speaker D: Melon is going to cast.
What the is it called? Spirit guardians. If you could please give me a.
In another circle. I'm sorry. And I will mark that.
[00:19:13] Speaker A: What size do you think?
[00:19:14] Speaker D: Concentrating. That's what I'm looking at. Give me one second. 15 foot. That's a big circle Radius. Yeah.
[00:19:22] Speaker A: Here's your circle.
[00:19:23] Speaker D: Yeah. 15 foot emanation. That's a big circle. Damn.
[00:19:27] Speaker A: Is it centered on you? My friend?
[00:19:29] Speaker D: Yes.
[00:19:29] Speaker C: Great.
[00:19:30] Speaker D: And then she's gonna have. God. I have so many tokens. All right. That's fine. Owl potion on each shoulder. He's chilling with you.
And that is gonna be Melon's turn.
For now. She will. Whoops. I'm sorry. I moved the aura. I didn't mean to.
[00:19:47] Speaker B: You can control Z. Help.
[00:19:49] Speaker D: Okay.
[00:19:51] Speaker B: Yeah. You got it.
[00:19:52] Speaker D: And the melon will just move herself.
Centered in this little cluster of Myla. Mr. Grumbles and Yarin. And a little bit more.
And I will end my turn there. This is just a setup round. That's fine.
[00:20:08] Speaker B: We can attach this to you. So it will move with. Please.
[00:20:12] Speaker D: And I have marked for myself that I am concentrating so perfect. And I will now proceed to try and get the indivion to unbreak itself. Oh. My computer. We'll call that end of turn for now. So Id.
[00:20:26] Speaker C: All right.
Anastasia. When. When? And how does magic circle happen? Do I use my action to do that? Does it happen?
[00:20:35] Speaker B: You prepped it. So it's just.
You go whenever you want.
[00:20:39] Speaker C: Hell yeah.
I.
I've got a Hatrick circle.
It's a dear God radius guy. It's not that big.
[00:20:53] Speaker D: There's so many circles.
[00:20:57] Speaker C: I'm gonna plop a circle down right here.
[00:20:59] Speaker D: Guys. We made a pretty pattern. Look at it.
[00:21:02] Speaker A: It's like a terrible Venn diagram.
[00:21:04] Speaker C: I was gonna say Mr. Ven would love this.
[00:21:08] Speaker B: Oh.
[00:21:08] Speaker D: What's the. What Is it Gallifreyan?
[00:21:10] Speaker E: Is the.
[00:21:11] Speaker D: Is the. Is the language of the Time Lords.
[00:21:13] Speaker B: Looking a little Doctor who right now?
[00:21:16] Speaker C: So I'm going to choose the following creature.
Celestials, Elementals, Fae Fiends and undead. I'm just gonna pick them all.
Those types of creatures can't willingly enter the cylinder by non magical means.
If they try to use teleportation to enter it, they have to succeed on a charisma saving throw versus my spell dc. And if they fail it, they don't get to teleport him. Those creature types have disadvantage on attack rolls against targets that are inside the cylinder.
And targets inside the cylinder can't be charmed, frightened or possessed by those creature types.
[00:21:54] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:21:56] Speaker C: Because we learned that a lot of these guys, the. The army people are probably undead. Arendral's alive man. But the undead people maybe not so much.
[00:22:09] Speaker B: Fair point.
All right, please remind me if it comes to it and I do something against the rules.
[00:22:16] Speaker C: Cool. We'll do.
[00:22:19] Speaker B: All right. Anything else?
[00:22:21] Speaker C: I think it is then going to.
[00:22:24] Speaker B: Move.
[00:22:26] Speaker C: North, northwest, up to this nearest heavy infantry. And a slight. Another rules question that I probably should have brought up earlier.
ID has an ability called aura of treachery.
And one of those things is called cull the herd. You have advantage on melee attack roles against any creature that has one or more of its allies within five feet of it. Do these armies count as having allies within five feet of them? Because it's technically a bunch of dudes.
[00:22:59] Speaker B: Sure.
[00:23:00] Speaker C: Yeah.
I asked so nicely. All right, I'm going to use my bonus action to activate my heart and pump up some temp HP and some AC.
I rolled a one on my D6. That's so cool.
So I get 15 temp HP and I get plus one AC. So my AC is currently 21 one.
And then I'm going to make two weapon attacks against these gentlemen.
[00:23:36] Speaker B: Sounds good.
[00:23:37] Speaker C: And I have improved Divine Smite now. So I just.
Just go with a little bit of damage whenever I hit.
All right.
The first one is a 28 to hit.
[00:23:53] Speaker B: That'll hit.
[00:23:56] Speaker C: The second one is a 22 to hit.
[00:23:59] Speaker B: That will also hit.
[00:24:00] Speaker C: Yippee.
Okay, why can't I do math?
12 points of piercing damage and 6 points of radiant damage.
[00:24:14] Speaker B: 18. Is that on one hit or total?
Both hits. Okay, so 18.
[00:24:20] Speaker C: And then the next one is 7 points of piercing and 4 points of radiant.
[00:24:25] Speaker B: 25. 29.
[00:24:28] Speaker C: Great.
[00:24:30] Speaker B: Okay. You inflict one casualty on this heavy infantry, you bust through some shields and take a couple of them down.
[00:24:40] Speaker C: Understood?
That is my Turn. Action. Bonus action. Movement.
There you go, Gunzo.
[00:24:45] Speaker B: Perfect. Wow. It's the heavy infantry's turn. They're gonna turn back around and try to shove themselves into you.
They're kind of in like a phalanx situation, so they're trying to like, regroup a little bit and take some stabbies at you. A 23.
[00:25:05] Speaker C: That's a hit.
[00:25:06] Speaker B: The good news is that all of these armies only get one attack, so they're not multi attacking. That's gonna be 22 damage to you. And that is their turn. All right, it is Myla's turn.
[00:25:21] Speaker E: Sorry, I was crunching on Pocky, so I didn't want that to like, pop up while I was also talking. Okay, let's go, gamers.
Myla is going to look at Mr. Grumbles in his way to say, okay, you know what to do. We have this mission, we've had this talk. It's gonna look him in the eyes and be like, we are doing this. Mr. Grumbles will put sort of a hand to his chest and nod very abruptly as this badger nods. This little pulse of defense sort of crackles out from it. This almost dark, purpley, indigoey wave.
Mr. Grumbles, Myla, Melwyn, Ari and Yaren and Owlivia, because It's. Any creatures plus itself within 10ft of it get temporary hit points equal to 12. So we get 12 temp HP.
[00:26:24] Speaker A: Wow.
[00:26:24] Speaker E: Oh, wait, no, never mind. Owliview's over there. JK. So not all the views.
[00:26:28] Speaker D: Yeah, Owl was. The owl should. Would have. Was perched on id, so no worries. Should have been with it.
[00:26:33] Speaker E: That's fine.
[00:26:33] Speaker D: My bee didn't.
[00:26:34] Speaker E: Anyways, we all get 12 temp HP, which is good.
That is my.
[00:26:39] Speaker D: I will take temp.
[00:26:40] Speaker E: And then Mr. Grumbles is going to hell.
[00:26:43] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:26:43] Speaker E: Run 15ft, sort of at a sideways direction, flanking this battle that ID and this heavy infinite are having, it's just gonna start heading that way. And with her action, Myla is going to breathe in heavily.
And as she does and she exhales this sort of like purple sparkle and smoke in a way. The purple that's on the base of her neck, that's going up to her hair and into the top of her armor. Spray spreads throughout almost like veins outlining her, like on the outside as she casts.
Hang on, what's the name of it?
Absorb violet essence. So she is concentrating on that.
As she takes in the purple magic of the area and holds onto it, it resonates with her and it becomes a part of her as she connects connects both to the prism and the world around her and the arcana that is inherently building this place as we speak.
She is going to move. She's actually gonna stay here. She's gonna back into the circle a little bit right next to Melwyn, and she's gonna start pulling out her gun and starting to load it just for flavor as she ends her turn.
[00:28:10] Speaker B: Cool.
At the end of your turn, Arendrill's gonna take a legendary action to make a melee attack against Auden.
[00:28:18] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:28:19] Speaker B: He pulls out this like, holy looking mace.
It does though, look like it has been cracked and like reassembled.
Kind of like the Japanese art. I cannot think of the name right now.
[00:28:33] Speaker A: Is it Kintsugi?
[00:28:34] Speaker B: Kintsugi. Thank you a little bit. But it was like. It's like a gold mace that has been put back together with like something black slash purple, like oil slick looking.
[00:28:46] Speaker A: Reminds me of my good buddy ID.
[00:28:49] Speaker B: True.
Yeah. A 29 to hit.
[00:28:53] Speaker A: That will in fact hit me.
[00:28:56] Speaker B: Yeah, fair enough.
I cannot do math.
16 bludgeoning damage would be halved.
8 with an additional 14 necrotic.
[00:29:13] Speaker A: 14 necrotic herd.
[00:29:15] Speaker B: Yes. Great. It is the medium Infantry's turns.
There are two medium infantry. One is sort of on the south west part of the map, and one is kind of just to the straight direct north. They're going to.
I think initially this Medium infantry is going to go moving towards the south. Medium infantry is going to start moving towards the group of everyone here with Ari, Melwyn, and Myla.
They did step through the acid, but I can tell you that no matter what the role is, it's not high enough to to get a casualty off of it. Got it.
So I won't roll for it. This south Medium infantry is going to swing at Ahri.
[00:30:04] Speaker D: If the Medium infantry is entering the range of the spirit guardians, they do need to make a wisdom saving throw.
[00:30:12] Speaker B: Okay.
I. I rolled a flat 19.
I don't have like wisdom stats for them.
[00:30:21] Speaker D: They take out fun. It's D.C. something.
[00:30:24] Speaker B: So I'm gonna just say flat rolls. Basically. I'm not gonna add any saves to anything.
[00:30:28] Speaker D: That's fine. Make it easier for yourself. They take half of.
Ooh. That's a pretty good damage roll, actually.
Eight plus five is 13 points.
Half is six.
[00:30:43] Speaker B: Six. Okay, noted.
This is within their turn, so if something else does more damage to them, it can stack with your original six. Ben, is there anything to know about trying to hit Re in the magic circle?
[00:30:59] Speaker C: If they are undead, they have disadvantage against targets inside the circle.
[00:31:03] Speaker B: Okay. Got it.
Does a 16 hit.
[00:31:12] Speaker D: Ari meets beats. So. Yes.
I don't have a way of tracking Arya's.
[00:31:18] Speaker A: I can do it on paper.
[00:31:20] Speaker D: Yeah, I've got something pulled up.
[00:31:23] Speaker B: Ari. I rolled very well on the damage. Ahri takes 22 damage from the medium infantry up north.
The medium infant or sorry, the medium infantry of the south. The medium up north is going to 22. Sorry, 22. Yes.
They're gonna kind of come around to the right hand of the map.
I didn't count any squares.
5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35, 10, 15, 20. Gosh.
[00:31:59] Speaker D: You can move so far.
[00:32:01] Speaker B: That'll work. They're just gonna come over to this kind of island on the right hand side of the map.
Staying sort of north.
Yeah. Okay.
[00:32:11] Speaker D: What you doing? Get back here.
[00:32:16] Speaker B: Running. It's gonna be Aaron Drill's turn.
And he looks at you, Auden, and you can just see that there's, like, black that's starting to fill in the, like, sclera of his eyes and starting to, like, vein outwards.
[00:32:34] Speaker A: I'm sure that will be fun.
[00:32:35] Speaker B: And he just.
He just says it would be easier if you came with us.
And then he's not waiting for an answer.
[00:32:45] Speaker E: He just is gonna do classic typical man. Am I right?
[00:32:52] Speaker A: Typical. I almost said that, but I was like, I don't want to be mean.
[00:32:55] Speaker E: I'll be mean.
Typical J. Am I right?
[00:33:05] Speaker B: He is going to attempt to cast confusion on you.
[00:33:08] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:33:09] Speaker B: It is a. Well, it's a ten foot radius sphere.
[00:33:14] Speaker A: Get chumped. Light infantry, too.
[00:33:17] Speaker B: Confusion is a sphere.
I. It's weird. I. I don't know. We'll see. We'll see.
Anyway.
Oh, it's centered with a point within range. So I'll make it so that it doesn't hit any of his infantry, but it does hit you.
[00:33:34] Speaker A: A 10 radius sphere.
[00:33:36] Speaker C: It has to be the majority of the armies, remember?
[00:33:39] Speaker B: Yeah. For the mid.
So it'll be like, more towards like the. The top corner of the infantry.
[00:33:46] Speaker D: Yeah, yeah, whatever.
[00:33:48] Speaker B: Yeah.
Okay. Sweet.
[00:33:50] Speaker A: And he doesn't want to be in it. Just checking.
[00:33:52] Speaker B: Yeah, I don't think so.
[00:33:54] Speaker A: He already.
[00:33:55] Speaker B: Appreciate it, though. Appreciate it. Be fun, though.
[00:33:57] Speaker A: All right, we'll check.
[00:33:58] Speaker B: Can I get a wisdom saving throw?
[00:34:00] Speaker A: Okay. Yes.
Stressed out.
Okay. That's not too shabby. How's an 18?
[00:34:10] Speaker B: An 18 is still a fail.
He's big scary.
[00:34:14] Speaker A: Sure, sure.
[00:34:15] Speaker B: So you can't take reactions and have to roll a D10 at the start of your turn to determine the behavior for that turn.
[00:34:22] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:34:23] Speaker B: It is a concentration spell. So he is concentrating.
Very important. That's not on oven. Sorry.
Let me try. Try that again.
Sweet.
[00:34:36] Speaker E: Cool.
[00:34:37] Speaker B: Perfect. He is concentrating on that spell.
He's going to stay nearby. He's just going to back up so that he's now behind you. Staying within your range. Just going behind you.
[00:34:48] Speaker A: Sure.
[00:34:50] Speaker B: Relative to all the other character. Oh, thank you.
[00:34:52] Speaker A: I got you.
[00:34:52] Speaker B: Relative to all the other player characters.
Ari's turn.
[00:34:57] Speaker D: Yeah.
Ari is going to move up to help out id. I know she procs an attack of opportunity from this group of people. However, she does have something called Dance of Blades which increases her AC by nine for opportunity attacks.
So we're gonna chance it for now.
[00:35:17] Speaker B: Yeah, fair enough.
All right, let me. Let me roll an opportunity attack, see if they.
[00:35:23] Speaker D: All right, we'll go up to Ed.
[00:35:25] Speaker B: It's a 22, which isn't bad, but I don't think beats the nine. The plus nine.
[00:35:30] Speaker D: Plus nine for Ari would be a 25. So. So no, it would not hit.
[00:35:34] Speaker B: No, they do not hit.
[00:35:35] Speaker D: Damn. What the girl, I want what she's having anyway.
Three attacks with her whip, one with her. She gets four attacks in a turn.
Am I reading that correct?
[00:35:48] Speaker B: That might be wrong.
[00:35:49] Speaker D: Should be two.
[00:35:50] Speaker B: That might be wrong.
[00:35:51] Speaker D: Should it be two attacks and then one with a short sword?
[00:35:55] Speaker B: Yeah, that sounds more right because I think what, this, this character?
Yeah, just roll them all together because so. Yes. Four attacks.
[00:36:04] Speaker D: Four attacks. Crazy girl.
[00:36:06] Speaker A: Boss.
[00:36:07] Speaker D: I want what she's having.
[00:36:09] Speaker B: I haven't played a fighter ever in forever.
[00:36:12] Speaker D: Well, one of those is a crit.
[00:36:14] Speaker A: Let's go, girl.
[00:36:14] Speaker B: Okay, nice.
[00:36:15] Speaker D: So first attack is a crit. Second attack is gonna be a something to hit. 19 to hit.
Third attack is gonna be an 18.
[00:36:25] Speaker B: To hit 18 misses.
[00:36:28] Speaker D: Fourth attack is gonna be another 19 to hit.
[00:36:33] Speaker B: 19 hits. Yeah. Okay.
[00:36:34] Speaker D: Wow, that's a lot of dice. 19 slashing damage for the crit.
[00:36:38] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:36:38] Speaker D: Plus another 13 for the other whip attack that hit.
[00:36:42] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:36:43] Speaker D: Plus another.
Jesus. Plus another 17 for the short sword attack on her offhand.
[00:36:51] Speaker B: Wow. Yeah. 49.
[00:36:52] Speaker D: Good God. Corey, let's go.
[00:36:57] Speaker B: You watch her take out most of this infantry by herself, single handedly.
[00:37:05] Speaker E: That's insane.
[00:37:05] Speaker B: And this is going to trigger the heavy infantry's reaction.
Sorry. Which is the only unit that has a reaction other than like opportunity attack where they're going to roll a morale check and fail. So that's a bummer.
So yeah, they're down to one. This. This, this unit's down to one.
[00:37:32] Speaker D: I know we're level 11, but Jesus Christ. Ari hits like A truck.
What the hell?
[00:37:43] Speaker B: She trained with it. I don't.
That's true.
[00:37:46] Speaker D: That's true.
[00:37:48] Speaker B: Cool. They're gonna have to roll morale at the start of their turn.
Anything else for Ari?
[00:37:53] Speaker D: We will call that her turn for now.
[00:37:56] Speaker B: Okay, light infantry's turn. Bear with me. There are three of them. Light infantry number two is the one that is directly next to Erendrell and Auden. And they are going to take a swing at Auden.
That's a natural one. That's to miss.
[00:38:12] Speaker A: That's true.
[00:38:16] Speaker D: I need way more dice than what.
[00:38:18] Speaker B: I have out here. Light infantry number three is going to begin moving.
10.
[00:38:26] Speaker D: I don't.
[00:38:28] Speaker B: 25. 30. Can't even see my own squares.
But they're going to dash so that they're pinching.
[00:38:37] Speaker E: They're standing on Mr. Grumbles.
[00:38:42] Speaker B: They are standing on Mr. Grumble.
[00:38:45] Speaker E: It's fine. Let me just.
[00:38:46] Speaker A: Stampeded.
[00:38:47] Speaker B: It's okay. It's all good.
[00:38:48] Speaker D: They're squishing.
[00:38:49] Speaker E: I'm just gonna move them for a second so I can pull out Mr. Grumbles.
There we go.
[00:38:55] Speaker B: Yeah.
I think you can move him up a layer also.
[00:38:58] Speaker E: I was like, Mr. Grumbles.
[00:38:59] Speaker B: No, no. There he goes.
He's getting stampeded by some army guys, some undead army.
Now, they took their dash action to kind of pinch Ari between the heavy. The remaining one of the heavy infantry.
But they took a dash. So that's going to be their action. The light infantry is going to.
They're going to start moving to be sort of south of the main group of Mohwen Myla, and where Ari was towards where the magic circle is in the center of this map.
That is the light infantry.
Easy peasy. Turn.
It is the arch's turn. They are hanging back to where they are and they're going to take a shot at Myla.
[00:39:56] Speaker E: Bring it on, brothers.
[00:39:57] Speaker C: If they're undead, they have disadvantage.
[00:40:00] Speaker D: Whoa.
[00:40:01] Speaker B: It's true. Thank you.
[00:40:03] Speaker D: Crazy.
[00:40:04] Speaker B: Good, because that was a 10 total to hit. Yeah. On disadvantage. Yeah.
[00:40:12] Speaker C: Let's go get circled.
[00:40:15] Speaker E: It was like, that's my spell. Attack bonus.
[00:40:18] Speaker B: These archers are so lame.
No, they had disadvantage on trying to hit you.
[00:40:24] Speaker E: No, that's fair.
[00:40:25] Speaker B: That's fair.
[00:40:26] Speaker E: No, I'm thankful. I'm grateful. I was just surprised.
[00:40:31] Speaker B: The cavalry is going to come pinch. Odin and Aaron drill against the light infantry that tried to attack on him before. And they're going to take a swing.
Horses come stampeding up next to you.
God. 15.
[00:40:50] Speaker A: That will not hit. My AC is.
[00:40:53] Speaker B: Didn't think so.
Cool.
That's cavalry one, cavalry two can come up here.
They do. They hit some Spirit Guardians if you wanna. Yeah, let's see.
[00:41:08] Speaker D: Oh, new bosom suit.
[00:41:10] Speaker B: They got a 12, so.
[00:41:11] Speaker D: Okay. 3D8.
Amazing.
I should just keep this spell open on the side because I will be referring to it until I drop it voluntarily or otherwise.
Other half speed. I forgot about that.
So I'm double checking to make sure it doesn't do anything weird to undead. It doesn't.
[00:41:37] Speaker E: Okay.
[00:41:40] Speaker D: 3D a radiant damage. That is total of 50 points of radiant damage to them.
[00:41:47] Speaker B: Okay.
You inflict a casualty as they're trying to come up and I don't know.
[00:41:54] Speaker D: I don't know why you inflict a casualty is really funny, but it is.
[00:42:00] Speaker B: I'm glad to entertain.
[00:42:01] Speaker A: It's very like analytical. Very sterile.
[00:42:03] Speaker D: You inflict a casualty also.
[00:42:07] Speaker B: I'm sorry.
[00:42:07] Speaker D: Those are the words technically speaking. Also. Medium infantry should have rolled when they ended their turn there. But I'm just gonna let go for now because that's more work.
[00:42:24] Speaker B: Up to you.
[00:42:25] Speaker D: It's when you enter it and when you end your turn there. It's silly.
[00:42:29] Speaker A: Oh, that's a weird.
[00:42:31] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:42:32] Speaker D: Spirit guardians is stupid to have on a wizard.
[00:42:36] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:42:38] Speaker B: They can't reach Milo though. So. And they can't enter that circle.
Slay Auden. We're back up at you.
[00:42:46] Speaker D: All right.
[00:42:47] Speaker A: I'm whipping out my B10 here.
Shucks, it's the worst one.
Oh yeah. Okay. Number one. So I use all of my movement to move in a random direction to determine the direction roll of D8 and. And assign a direction. So let me roll that. I'm just gonna go like left to right, top to bottom for my directional order here.
Four. One, two, three, four. I'm going westward.
Where am I? Okay.
Question about the cavalry being in the way.
Just walk through them or how does that function? It's difficult terrain.
[00:43:35] Speaker B: I. I'd say you can move around them if you want, but it has to be a shortest path kind of thing.
[00:43:41] Speaker A: Okay.
I think I'll just wait. Like wading through them seems.
[00:43:48] Speaker B: Or you can run through them if you like.
[00:43:50] Speaker A: But I feel like that feels most.
[00:43:53] Speaker B: It can't hit you. You're not like out of range yet.
[00:43:56] Speaker A: Yeah. I mean, I think Eren Trill and light infantry one will still get.
[00:44:02] Speaker B: This is true.
[00:44:04] Speaker A: So go ahead and do that. I'm gonna be in the middle of the cavalry. I don't care.
[00:44:09] Speaker B: Wow. Light infantry misses horribly.
[00:44:12] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:44:14] Speaker B: A 24 should hit though.
[00:44:16] Speaker A: That will. Yeah.
[00:44:19] Speaker B: 16 bludgeoning halved to eight.
[00:44:21] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:44:24] Speaker B: Whoa. Rolled good on the necrotic though.
[00:44:26] Speaker A: That's fine.
[00:44:28] Speaker B: 25.
[00:44:29] Speaker A: Oh yeah, that's fine.
Great.
Think since I'm taking damage my rage is still up. So that will be it for Auden.
Take it away.
[00:44:40] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:44:41] Speaker D: Double checking AOEs see which ones I have because I forget the melon. I didn't build her the way I built the other character of a similar multi class that I made.
What am I doing?
I guess we're gonna do this question rules question. Actually this is shenaniganery. The scribes wizards specifically can do. I can swap out a spell type for not like the damage type a spell to another type of damage that my spell that I have in my spell book. Does it have to be of the same level or.
[00:45:21] Speaker C: No, it doesn't say anything about level.
[00:45:23] Speaker D: So yeah, that's why I'm checking cuz I've had it ruled where it has to be the same level but it doesn't have to be the same level.
[00:45:31] Speaker C: We're going to pull it says of another spell.
[00:45:35] Speaker D: Jay, who are you going for again? I know you said I'm gonna hit.
[00:45:41] Speaker E: These people next to me.
[00:45:45] Speaker D: Okay.
Go for somebody.
I feel like people are gonna be a problem and they're probably gonna move in. So how far away are you?
Hi friend.
You are 60ft away. What is the range on this? Oh we're so good.
We're so good. Actually can I hit two of them? Let's find out. 20 foot radius centered between light infantry one and the archers. I can in fact hit all of those group. Both of those groups. All of those groups. All Both of those groups.
[00:46:23] Speaker E: Sure.
[00:46:25] Speaker D: I can hit both of those groups.
I'm going to cast fireball and turn it into lightning damage because I think that's fun.
So for that I need a D6. I'm going to go look for my D6s as soon as I finish my turn because I just had to pull a bunch out.
We're just going to cast it at third.
That's good though. I will take that.
Okay.
It is fireball but it's lightning damage so I do need a dex save.
[00:46:56] Speaker B: Okay. Dexterity saves for both were a 12 and 13.
[00:47:00] Speaker E: So.
[00:47:00] Speaker B: So I'm gonna guess that's a no.
[00:47:01] Speaker D: That is a no. They're both taking full damage which is 36 points of lightning damage.
[00:47:05] Speaker E: Wow.
[00:47:07] Speaker C: Hell yeah.
[00:47:08] Speaker D: Cool.
And then Melwin's just gonna stay chillin right here.
[00:47:16] Speaker B: Cool. Yeah. You did four total casualties.
[00:47:21] Speaker D: Can yarn do anything helpful in combat or do I need to do the thing that I've been joking about and just turn him into a bomb.
[00:47:29] Speaker B: I.
Here's the thing. You guys have known the whole time that Yara can turn into anything.
[00:47:36] Speaker D: That's true.
[00:47:37] Speaker B: Okay?
That's his thing. That's his one shtick.
[00:47:40] Speaker A: Turn him into a plus seven weapon.
[00:47:43] Speaker B: He can do whatever the fuck.
[00:47:45] Speaker C: Turn him into a planetar. Turn him into a tarrasque.
[00:47:49] Speaker B: Within reason.
Within reason.
[00:47:51] Speaker D: Hey, listen, just because he can become a tarrasque doesn't mean he can do the same things as a tarrasque. You could just use it for intimidation.
[00:47:57] Speaker A: Mad intim.
[00:47:58] Speaker B: Intimidation.
[00:47:58] Speaker D: Yeah. Anyway.
Anyway, it could be a really tiny.
[00:48:03] Speaker B: Tarasque.
[00:48:08] Speaker D: Than you've ever seen in your entire life.
That is going to be end of turn for Melwyn. I am very briefly gonna go hunting around for some D6s, because I'm gonna need way more in a little bit.
[00:48:20] Speaker B: It's IDs turn.
All right.
[00:48:25] Speaker C: ID is going to kind of look up towards where Autumn is, knowing that she's confused and Erendrill's doing some fuckery like he usually does. He's gonna use his bonus action to cast a little spell I like to call spirit shroud. So his heart pumps and sends out some black purple goo and it coats his cloak and his armor and it just kind of like trails and. And starts flapping in the wind menacingly, which gives him some extra damage, which is great.
Just setting that up for later. And that is concentration Bonk. Concentrating. And then he's gonna scoot by Ahri and go, excuse me, this is a very serious matter. And go, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25.
[00:49:17] Speaker B: That light infantry is gonna take a swing at you. Yeah.
[00:49:20] Speaker C: Of course, 18, 18 is a miss.
[00:49:27] Speaker B: Yeah. Okay.
[00:49:28] Speaker C: I'm going to use my aura of treachery. The other part of it is called treacherous strike. If a creature within five feet of me misses me with a melee attack, I can use my reaction to force the attacker to re roll that. A kick against a creature creature of my choice that is also within 5ft of the attacker.
So could he roll it against the cavalry too?
[00:49:48] Speaker B: Sure.
[00:49:48] Speaker C: If it might even possibly do a casualty. That'd be funny.
[00:49:54] Speaker B: That'll hit.
[00:49:56] Speaker C: Yes.
[00:49:58] Speaker D: Yeah.
[00:50:01] Speaker B: For not enough for a casualty.
[00:50:05] Speaker D: It was closes in my choice tray right now.
[00:50:10] Speaker C: Worth a shot.
And then it like skids to a stop. One leg out further than the other one. And then he just kind of focuses and goes, all right, space, let's do this. And his like it black starts growing out from his beard. And the goop seems to like in an Instant form mind flayer tentacles that are like growing out of his face made of liquid. And he lifts up in the air and rears back and then leans forward and out of his forehead comes a mind blast.
That is so going to look something like this.
[00:50:46] Speaker B: Yay.
[00:50:47] Speaker C: It's going through the heavenly infantry that he has hit with Ahri. It's hitting the majority of Cavalry 1 and Light Infantry 2 that are up by Audin. It is not touching Odyn and it is covering Erendrill as well.
[00:51:00] Speaker A: And you're the coolest on the planet.
[00:51:03] Speaker B: That is cool.
[00:51:04] Speaker C: A DC15 intelligence saving throw while I roll some damage.
[00:51:09] Speaker B: Okay. Cavalry one fail. Cavalry two fail. Aaron, drill Light infantry tooth.
Oh, sorry. Light infantry too.
[00:51:20] Speaker A: I'm not sure if they have same modifiers or whatever.
[00:51:23] Speaker B: I. They don't have modifiers.
[00:51:25] Speaker A: They do have same modifiers.
[00:51:26] Speaker B: I'm flat. I'm flat rolling for gore.
Actually I give light infantry advantage because I. Well, I guess this wouldn't be magic technically.
[00:51:38] Speaker C: It says emits psychic energy. I don't know if that's.
[00:51:41] Speaker B: It says battle magic on the sheet.
So I decided to just simply to just say magic.
[00:51:49] Speaker C: It is magic in general.
[00:51:52] Speaker B: Okay, well, I'll roll again.
[00:51:54] Speaker C: I should have read before that the mind flayer magically emits.
[00:52:00] Speaker B: Magic battle here.
Well fuck.
[00:52:05] Speaker C: I'm glad we came to that conclusion.
[00:52:09] Speaker B: It doesn't matter. They still failed with advantage. Erendrill gets a 22 and is good.
[00:52:17] Speaker C: Cool.
[00:52:18] Speaker A: I mind blasting him myself, mentally, emotionally. Just know it's happening.
[00:52:26] Speaker C: So the fails take 26 and are stunned for a minute.
[00:52:32] Speaker E: Whoa.
[00:52:33] Speaker C: Repeating. Repeating the intelligent saving throw at the end of each of its turns.
And the successes take 13 and aren't stunned.
And I can recharge that if I roll a five or six at the start of my turn.
[00:52:48] Speaker E: Wow.
[00:52:48] Speaker B: Okay boy. Good turn. Anything else?
[00:52:53] Speaker E: Nope.
[00:52:54] Speaker C: Action. Bonus action. Movement. We're good to go. I got a little owl on my shoulder who's probably freaked out, but that's fine.
The goop tentacles retreat back into its body again.
[00:53:05] Speaker D: Ew.
[00:53:06] Speaker B: They probably have a slurp sound.
[00:53:08] Speaker C: Oh yeah.
Insert schwarp sound.
[00:53:12] Speaker B: Don't do that to me.
[00:53:15] Speaker C: You definitely have a slurp sound on deck.
[00:53:19] Speaker E: I don't now.
I feel like.
Have you checked?
[00:53:26] Speaker C: I'll make you a custom Schlorp sound.
[00:53:29] Speaker B: Please.
[00:53:30] Speaker D: Never play it when I'm in call.
[00:53:33] Speaker C: I won't.
[00:53:36] Speaker B: So the heavy infantry didn't have to do this because it wasn't a majority, right?
[00:53:41] Speaker E: What?
[00:53:42] Speaker C: Come on.
[00:53:44] Speaker B: Was it? I don't I thought that's what you had said was it's going through the heavy infantry.
As in, like, I thought that was like, oh, I.
[00:53:54] Speaker C: That looks like a majority.
[00:53:56] Speaker B: It's fine. It's fine. I'm. I'm happy to do that. I just didn't. No one told me, hey, you didn't roll for this.
[00:54:01] Speaker C: I wasn't paying attention to your rules. I was adding D8s.
[00:54:05] Speaker B: Okay. So the heavy infantry is.
[00:54:11] Speaker C: Oh, awesome.
[00:54:13] Speaker B: That makes a difference to me because it was gonna stick around.
[00:54:17] Speaker C: That's huge.
[00:54:18] Speaker E: So cool.
[00:54:19] Speaker B: Great as miles.
[00:54:21] Speaker E: All right.
Myla is going to see everything that's going on.
Myla is going to look at Melon and say, I calculated something. Just don't move.
I know it's after your turn, but they just don't move for a second.
[00:54:48] Speaker D: Wasn't planning on it.
[00:54:50] Speaker E: Myla is.
[00:54:51] Speaker D: At all.
[00:54:54] Speaker E: Oh, gosh, that's my thing.
[00:54:57] Speaker D: I'm a wizard. You think I'm gonna move if I don't have to?
I got the range, baby.
[00:55:02] Speaker E: Mila is going to look at ID Mind blast, this huge group of people, and it's gonna be like, holy shit.
[00:55:11] Speaker D: Okay.
[00:55:12] Speaker E: And she's gonna just sort of like take off running through this ground littered with bodies that it just destroyed.
As she runs away, she's going to look at Mr. Grumbles and is going to nod. Mr. Grumbles is also going to nod and is going to hit the small gear that is over where his heart is. And as he does, Myla is going to use her action to explode her thing.
Now, it does 8D 3D 8 force damage in a 20 foot radius, which would get Light Infantry 3 and Cavalry 2. However, the Badger is also the robot she implanted ID's explosive heart onto.
So I don't know if that does anything.
The elements mix and it explodes.
[00:56:14] Speaker B: Yeah. Give me that.
[00:56:15] Speaker E: Okay.
[00:56:17] Speaker C: Anastasia has left her chair this station.
[00:56:20] Speaker E: And left the dead.
Yeah, one second for flavor. Mr. Grumbles hits the gear on his chest, and as he hits the gear on his chest, a giant magical arcane scythe extends from its back and then plunges into his stomach as.
[00:56:45] Speaker A: Oh, my God.
[00:56:46] Speaker E: Explodes himself.
[00:56:47] Speaker B: So are you saying that the explosion that you did just now is not the bomb?
[00:56:53] Speaker E: It is.
Well, the bomb is on. So from our understanding, the bomb on its heart activates when the elements that are part of it combine. Right.
So if I explode my guy, doesn't that. Does that mean they combine and also activate the bomb?
Right.
[00:57:16] Speaker B: I'm double checking that the explosion that you did is Just his base ability and not the bomb.
Because I don't know what this ability is that you're using. And that's what I'm trying to grasp right now.
[00:57:28] Speaker E: A level nine artificer feature called explosive Cannon that says as an action, I can command the cannon to detonate when I am within second 60ft of it. It destroys the cannon and forces each creature within 20ft of it to make a dexterity saving throw against spell save DC taking 3d8 force damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful. However, the bomb is attached to it.
So if you explode a bomb, the bomb also explodes.
Right.
[00:57:59] Speaker B: Is this something that you had pre decided?
[00:58:03] Speaker E: I had ideas. I didn't know what the battlefield looked like, so I put it on my badger.
[00:58:12] Speaker B: So.
[00:58:15] Speaker E: I put it on my badger because that thematic. Okay. I put it on my badger because thematically, the badger is in outside of the game. On paper, the badger is id. Right? And then I was like, wow, I don't really have any aoe things. But then I was like, wait, if I explode my badger. Wait a second. The badger has the bomb on it.
So I'm.
[00:58:34] Speaker B: You're Okay.
Okay.
Yes.
I didn't give you any bomb stats, did I? No.
Okay.
[00:58:44] Speaker E: But I figured since you were.
[00:58:47] Speaker B: Well, we're just deciding things.
[00:58:48] Speaker E: I figured since you had a bomb on its chest that you had an idea of what it did. That's. Sorry it was being used against us. I figured it was decided, like if I. Like if I build a bomb in real life. I don't build bombs. Let me set the record straight.
[00:59:14] Speaker B: But if I build.
[00:59:16] Speaker C: If I build bombs.
[00:59:18] Speaker A: The building of bombs.
Your job.
Bomb builder.
[00:59:24] Speaker D: I do.
[00:59:25] Speaker B: Okay. The second bomb has a 60 foot diameter, 30 foot radius.
[00:59:31] Speaker E: Okay.
[00:59:32] Speaker B: And we'll do 8D8.
Cool.
[00:59:37] Speaker E: So people need to make a Dex save for my thing.
[00:59:43] Speaker B: I'm just gonna say the save is the same as whatever it is for the. It's my spell saved original exploding cannon.
[00:59:51] Speaker A: Grace, do you want to roll for Ari and Melvin or do you want to pass one of those off?
[00:59:56] Speaker B: Yarn got a nat one, if anyone cares.
[00:59:59] Speaker E: To be fair, Yarn hasn't done anything this whole fight, so.
[01:00:04] Speaker B: Oh, you guys are going to be sad about it later.
[01:00:07] Speaker E: Well, I'm sorry, I didn't.
[01:00:12] Speaker C: The God of green magic's like, you won, but also you lose.
[01:00:15] Speaker E: I didn't.
[01:00:16] Speaker C: And then brain blast it.
[01:00:17] Speaker E: To be fair, I didn't know what it would do. We all knew this going into. Well, I knew it going into it. I'm not going to say you love it.
[01:00:23] Speaker B: I love it. I love it.
[01:00:24] Speaker C: My love saying in character. I calculated this. And Jay having not calculated shit.
[01:00:30] Speaker E: Yeah, well, she calculated Mr. Grumble's exploding because that's what she built.
[01:00:38] Speaker C: Jay did one plus one and got like she 0.5.
[01:00:43] Speaker E: I don't know if I have enough D8s.
[01:00:47] Speaker B: Okay, you don't have 11.
[01:00:50] Speaker E: I have one.
[01:00:51] Speaker C: Come on, Jay.
[01:00:52] Speaker E: Okay, I have them.
[01:00:53] Speaker D: What am I rolling?
[01:00:54] Speaker C: If you don't have the D8, you can't roll it.
[01:00:56] Speaker E: You're rolling a dexterity.
[01:00:58] Speaker B: Dexterity.
[01:00:59] Speaker D: A dexterity save for Melon and Ari.
Okay, that I can do.
[01:01:04] Speaker B: And Yarn failed already.
[01:01:06] Speaker D: Okay, well, Yaron, he's. He's. He's on his own.
[01:01:08] Speaker B: Yeah. Yaron.
[01:01:12] Speaker D: Do I have guidance? I don't think I do. Not that it matters.
[01:01:15] Speaker B: Oh, my God, I love that. Don't move, Melon. I have a plan.
[01:01:19] Speaker E: I still have a plan. It's okay. Explodes here.
[01:01:21] Speaker D: I still have a plan.
[01:01:22] Speaker E: It's okay.
[01:01:25] Speaker D: Melon fails. Ari mellow.
Probably not high enough that it's gonna make a difference.
[01:01:33] Speaker A: Flash of genius, though.
[01:01:35] Speaker D: Yeah, I know. That's why I'm saying probably not high enough.
[01:01:37] Speaker B: I rolled a five.
[01:01:39] Speaker D: I rolled a five for a seven. It's not. Don't save your flash of genius.
[01:01:43] Speaker E: That's okay.
I'll come get you. Don't worry.
[01:01:46] Speaker D: Melon failed by a lot. Already succeeded by a lot.
[01:01:48] Speaker B: So light infantry crit with money. I'm gonna say that. That.
[01:01:55] Speaker C: Damn.
[01:01:56] Speaker B: No silvery bars.
[01:01:57] Speaker E: I'm gonna get the advantage to Mel.
[01:02:02] Speaker C: Melanie already rolled.
[01:02:03] Speaker D: She already rolled.
[01:02:04] Speaker C: No, let me do.
[01:02:05] Speaker B: It's the same.
She already rolled.
[01:02:10] Speaker D: It's okay.
[01:02:12] Speaker B: Okay. They both fail. Are you happy? God damn.
[01:02:19] Speaker D: It. Just means I get to. I get to stash that. It's fine.
[01:02:25] Speaker B: Okay, Roll your damage for death saves.
[01:02:28] Speaker E: That's 11 points of force damage.
[01:02:30] Speaker A: Surely it will be okay.
[01:02:33] Speaker E: And the bomb.
[01:02:34] Speaker D: Put my double fruit dice over there.
[01:02:36] Speaker E: Okay, I.
[01:02:37] Speaker A: The force damage Melwin doesn't have to take, right? Because that's just the regular.
[01:02:41] Speaker E: Correct. The force damage she doesn't have to take.
[01:02:43] Speaker B: Correct.
Neither does Yaron.
[01:02:48] Speaker D: Does Yarn just pop?
[01:02:51] Speaker B: Doesn't matter. Mance is dead for sure.
[01:02:55] Speaker A: He doesn't have some kind of like godly boon or anything.
[01:02:58] Speaker C: Yarn uses his weapons.
[01:03:00] Speaker B: Familiar where he get. Where he gets like, yoinked back into the like, nether space.
So he doesn't like die die, but like his mortal body dies.
[01:03:09] Speaker E: Okay, here's my. Okay, well, let me calculate this.
I rolled a 26 points of explody. Damage. I don't know how much what kind of damage that is. But it's 26.
I have a question.
Does my.
Sorry.
[01:03:25] Speaker B: 26 points of explosion damage is 26. The 80th.
Okay.
[01:03:32] Speaker E: Does my creature exploding count as magic damage coming from me?
[01:03:40] Speaker C: Anastasia's facial expression. So done.
[01:03:43] Speaker B: Why?
[01:03:44] Speaker E: Because the radius that it admits would do extra damage. Because I'm using my action to detonate my arcane cannon.
[01:03:53] Speaker B: No.
I'm going to say no because it's a separate entity. No.
[01:04:00] Speaker C: It's not coming from you. It's coming from him.
[01:04:04] Speaker B: It's coming from him.
[01:04:05] Speaker C: Coming from him.
[01:04:06] Speaker B: You made a guy because. And it's coming from him.
[01:04:08] Speaker C: Did you explode yourself?
[01:04:12] Speaker D: No.
[01:04:12] Speaker C: I'm gonna extend you.
[01:04:16] Speaker E: It's okay.
[01:04:17] Speaker B: No, it's okay. I. I appreciate your efforts though.
[01:04:20] Speaker E: That's my action.
I'm gonna see that. The thing.
[01:04:24] Speaker B: Sorry. The 20. So the 26 was the eight D8. And then there was the extra. There was the other three. D8. From.
[01:04:29] Speaker E: Yeah.
[01:04:29] Speaker B: From the smaller explosion.
Okay. I'm sorry. I missed that part.
[01:04:34] Speaker E: Radius. So that. That doesn't hit my friend.
[01:04:38] Speaker B: That's fine. I'm. I'm calculating for the. For the units right now. Because that's really what I care about.
[01:04:45] Speaker E: What?
[01:04:46] Speaker B: It happened within the same turn. So It's a total of 37 days. Honestly, if I would have.
[01:04:52] Speaker E: Yeah, that's fine. It's okay.
I'm sorry for exploding Melwin Grace. It was not intentional.
[01:05:00] Speaker D: How many points of what am I taking? Damage wise?
[01:05:03] Speaker B: You said it.
[01:05:04] Speaker D: And my brain stopped existing.
[01:05:05] Speaker E: It's not the 11. It's just. Just the 26.
I'm so sorry.
[01:05:10] Speaker D: 26.
[01:05:11] Speaker E: I didn't realize it would extend the radius. That's on me. I take full responsibility for this.
[01:05:18] Speaker D: 12. So Valen takes 14.
[01:05:20] Speaker B: The cavalry incinerates one of the two cavalries.
[01:05:25] Speaker D: Incor.
[01:05:25] Speaker E: Amazing.
And then with my bonus action.
[01:05:32] Speaker D: God damn it.
[01:05:33] Speaker E: J.
Milo.
[01:05:35] Speaker A: Let her cook.
[01:05:36] Speaker E: Myla is going to reach her hand. So she.
So. Okay. Back in it. We're back in the zone. She makes eye contact with Mr. Grumbles. He hits the gear. And in detonating himself also sends this magical scythe into himself. Exploding it. Double Tripoli.
And as that explosion happens, Milo's running away from it. She takes the arcana of that scythe, reabsorbs it into her as this like trail of purple reconnects in her body. And as she does, she makes it a conduit out of her hand.
And she is going with a bonus. Going to. With A bonus action cast Sanctuary, because I think auden is exactly 30ft away.
Yeah, she is.
Is going to cast Sanctuary on Audyn. So a purple flickering, arcane form of Myla goes in front of Audyn and is just sort of standing there.
[01:06:46] Speaker B: Cool.
[01:06:47] Speaker E: Yeah. So Auden is boarded, and until the spell ends, any creature who targets Auden with an attack or a harmful spell must make a wisdom saving throw.
[01:06:58] Speaker B: Or.
[01:06:59] Speaker E: Or choose a new target.
And this ends if Auden makes an attack or casts a spell or deals damage to another creature. But Auden's real close in initiative and is after all the bad guys. So even if it's just for a round, that's fine.
[01:07:15] Speaker B: Cool.
[01:07:16] Speaker E: Thank you.
[01:07:17] Speaker A: I appreciate.
[01:07:17] Speaker E: And that is my turn.
[01:07:19] Speaker B: I'm gonna remove.
I'm gonna remove. Can I remove your odd. Yes, yes.
[01:07:25] Speaker E: Mr. Grumbles is dead.
[01:07:26] Speaker B: Yes. Okay.
Sorry, Mr. Grumbles. You did so good.
[01:07:29] Speaker E: Mr. Grumbles did so good.
[01:07:31] Speaker C: Crushed it.
[01:07:32] Speaker D: You're doing great, sweetie.
[01:07:34] Speaker E: There's a bunch of dead bodies burning on the ground now.
[01:07:40] Speaker B: I loved it, Jay. Don't get me wrong. It was crazy. I just needed to, like.
[01:07:44] Speaker E: No, you're fine. It was a curveball.
[01:07:46] Speaker B: Because I was like.
[01:07:47] Speaker E: It was a curveball. Not gonna lie.
Did that.
[01:07:50] Speaker B: Did. Well, I was sitting here and I was like, did somebody tell me the bomb was gonna be on the badger?
[01:07:55] Speaker E: It was a statue.
[01:07:56] Speaker B: No one told me the bomb was gonna be on the badger.
[01:07:58] Speaker E: It was more flavor than anything.
And then I was like, wait, what if I splash more flavor?
[01:08:03] Speaker B: Am I missing something? How.
[01:08:05] Speaker D: And then we.
[01:08:07] Speaker E: When I was getting this thing set up, I was like. When I was getting my character sheet set up, I was like, oh, wait, the bomb is on him. If he gets hit, is it going to explode and kill us?
And then I was like, wait, I bet I could use this to my advantage.
So it was a matter of exploding him before he exploded me.
That's the end of my turn.
[01:08:30] Speaker B: All right, cool. Sounds good.
Medium infantry's turn. They're gonna start dashing their way.
The. The. Sorry, let me be more specific. The medium infantry in the top right of the corner of the map is going to start dashing their way over towards Ari and Ed. They are able to be.
Or. Sorry, Myla. Sorry, Myla's on the left side. Ari's, like, underneath their rectangle, and they're going to.
That's going to be a dash. So they don't have anything else to do. The medium infantry below it is going to move up five feet to be within range and is going to try to take an attack at you.
21.
[01:09:24] Speaker C: That's exactly a hit.
[01:09:27] Speaker B: Thank God.
Hey, don't screw me over.
That was kind of screwed over.
13 damage to you. All right.
[01:09:37] Speaker C: Chipping away. That's a tenth of my HP. Does it make you feel better?
One hit?
[01:09:43] Speaker B: No.
[01:09:43] Speaker D: Okay.
[01:09:44] Speaker B: Thanks for asking, though.
Great. It's Erendrill's turn.
He's kind of watching his army get blown to bits.
He's going to drop concentration on confusion.
[01:10:10] Speaker C: Okay.
[01:10:12] Speaker A: Yay.
[01:10:14] Speaker D: Good.
I've gone out of here with you. Confusion bubble.
[01:10:19] Speaker A: Now, what is that? Circle for.
[01:10:22] Speaker D: Shenanigans.
[01:10:24] Speaker C: He casts duplicate bomb. Jay just made.
[01:10:29] Speaker B: Casts.
[01:10:30] Speaker A: Huge engine.
[01:10:33] Speaker E: The biggest engine you've ever seen.
[01:10:38] Speaker B: So he's gonna drop confusion. He. He's going to then cast silence centered kind of on id.
So basically it's hitting infantry. Medium infantry two.
Melwyn, Ahri, Amyla, and ID And Olivia.
Medium infantry one is mostly out of the circle, so they're okay. Okay. Not that they do spells anyway.
That's what he's going to be concentrating on instead.
And he's going to stay where he is, I think.
[01:11:17] Speaker D: What is he casting? Sorry.
[01:11:19] Speaker C: Silence.
[01:11:20] Speaker E: Silence.
[01:11:21] Speaker D: That's so rude. You're rude. How about no?
[01:11:25] Speaker C: You're going to be fine.
[01:11:26] Speaker E: You could step on Yarn's body and be out of it.
[01:11:31] Speaker D: The body formerly known as Yarin.
[01:11:34] Speaker B: Okay. Let me be Yarin. Yaron's like the leaf Yaron burned up, but the like. There's like a green, like. Like sparkly spirit thing that kind of like back up into the sky. He's probably not dead, but he's not here anymore.
[01:11:51] Speaker D: Sorry.
[01:11:52] Speaker B: That's for sure.
[01:11:54] Speaker A: I imagine he's like that special pinecone that opens up only in fire.
[01:11:59] Speaker B: Yeah, exactly.
[01:12:00] Speaker A: He's thriving.
[01:12:02] Speaker B: I think that's Doug.
[01:12:04] Speaker E: Great.
[01:12:04] Speaker B: That's Andrew's turn. So it's gonna be Ari's turn.
[01:12:10] Speaker D: Who'S scary. I guess we'll go for the medium infantry that just popped up in front of Ari.
Me double checking to see what she's doing.
This has legendary actions. What the.
[01:12:29] Speaker B: No. No, she doesn't.
[01:12:31] Speaker D: Okay.
[01:12:33] Speaker B: That was one of the. I said I'm sending you this picture. You said that doesn't have legendary.
[01:12:37] Speaker D: I'm sorry. I was like. Hold up a second. Hold on.
Solitary second. Okay. We'll make Ari's four attacks, I guess.
Beautiful thing about using multiple dice, Right? This is. I just get to pick which one is which attack. Great.
[01:12:55] Speaker B: Yeah.
[01:12:56] Speaker D: Oh, well, one of those isn't out one, so that's not.
[01:13:01] Speaker B: It'S okay. There's three more.
[01:13:02] Speaker E: Yeah.
[01:13:03] Speaker D: Does she crit on a 19? I don't think she does.
Okay, first attack is not one to hit. That's not gonna hit.
Swing and a miss. Second attack is gonna be a 23 to hit.
[01:13:19] Speaker B: That's a hit.
[01:13:20] Speaker D: Third attack is gonna be 21 to hit.
[01:13:24] Speaker B: Yep.
[01:13:24] Speaker D: Fourth attack is gonna be a 28 to hit.
[01:13:27] Speaker B: Yep.
[01:13:28] Speaker D: This is stupid. Why am I rolling so well as Ari Melon?
[01:13:33] Speaker B: All right, so it feels better when you have four attacks and not like one attack.
[01:13:40] Speaker D: Two. Two of Ari whips and one and her short sword hit. So it's okay. She's a plus 11 for everything for whatever reason.
Okay, math time.
4 plus 11. 15 plus 13 plus.
I hate math so much. 15, 13. What is 4 plus 11? 15, 15, 13, 15. 43 points of damage for Ahri. Yes.
[01:14:15] Speaker A: Nice.
[01:14:16] Speaker B: Nice.
[01:14:16] Speaker D: And that. No, I'm kidding.
She can do more and we're gonna save it.
[01:14:21] Speaker B: That's two casualties on moving infantry one.
[01:14:26] Speaker D: She's kind of cracked. He's so real.
Good for you, Ari.
[01:14:31] Speaker B: Anything else?
[01:14:33] Speaker E: Oh.
[01:14:37] Speaker B: Sounds good.
[01:14:38] Speaker D: All right, sorry.
[01:14:39] Speaker B: He's going to be the light infantry's turns. Light Infantry 1 and 3 are both on size 1, so they're going to make their morale checks.
Light infantry one is gonna get an eight, which is a fail, so they are gonna try to start running away.
Light Infantry 3 down there also failed, so they're also going to start trying to run away.
[01:15:06] Speaker D: I believe they proc an opportunity attack from Ahri, actually.
[01:15:10] Speaker B: You're gonna go running. Running away from Ari.
[01:15:16] Speaker C: Yeah.
[01:15:16] Speaker D: They had proc an opportunity attack from her, so she does not have sentinel.
[01:15:21] Speaker B: And then Light infantry one is just gone.
There they dashed and they're out of there.
[01:15:28] Speaker D: That's a dirty 20 from AHRI to hit the light infantry that went to run away from her or a something. Oh, how about I roll that D4 into the dice tray and not onto the floor?
Solid. 12 points of damage to them.
[01:15:46] Speaker B: 12 is not enough to get that last casualty. Damn, it's close. Not quite.
I do not And I don't think they were in range of anyone else to opportunity attack.
[01:16:01] Speaker D: No.
[01:16:03] Speaker B: Okay, they're going to continue running away.
There they go. Goodbye. They're scared.
Everyone's freaked out.
[01:16:15] Speaker D: So real though.
[01:16:16] Speaker B: It's gonna be the archer's turn.
[01:16:17] Speaker A: Did you get. They're also two already.
[01:16:21] Speaker B: Oh, you're so right.
[01:16:22] Speaker D: Where are they?
Oh, they're up there.
[01:16:25] Speaker A: They're partying with the northern crew.
[01:16:29] Speaker B: They're gonna share. They're gonna share a space. Little corner. Little corner spot.
[01:16:35] Speaker A: Intermingling.
[01:16:36] Speaker B: So I will roll the 2D4 acid damage because it might matter if for some reason you have a reaction to take against them.
They. They take 5 acid damage in theory.
But Light Infantry 2 has moved down to Myla and is going to try to just hit Myla.
Oh, 26.
[01:17:01] Speaker E: Yeah, that super hits.
[01:17:04] Speaker B: I rolled a natural 19. That's.
That helps to be fair.
[01:17:09] Speaker E: I did just kill their friends.
[01:17:10] Speaker B: Bad damage though. That's only seven. Seven damage to you.
[01:17:15] Speaker E: Yeah. As they come after Myla, there's just like sparks of purple as the hit cuts into her temp hp but doesn't get to actually her. So like it. There's just like little shields popping up as sparks of purple fly off of her in. In this like almost fully realized form.
[01:17:39] Speaker B: I love it.
Do you have any. You don't have any way to damage them on their turn, right?
Okay, sounds good. All right, we're moving back to the archers a secondary time.
They're going to try to hit ID this time because the last time they tried to hit somebody in the circle didn't go very well.
That's gonna be 26, which should hit.
[01:18:02] Speaker E: Yeah, for sure.
[01:18:04] Speaker B: Another bad damage roll. That's only nine damage.
[01:18:08] Speaker C: I'm gonna roll some concentration for my thingy and I am fine.
[01:18:15] Speaker B: They're gonna hang back where they are actually. They're gonna move.
I say that and then I was like, ha. What if not that thing.
They're just going to move to the.
To the left a little bit. Kind of be more in line with everyone else.
And cavalry turn. There's only one cavalry left.
But they're going to try to hit Odyn because Odin is inside from Myla's special thing.
[01:18:43] Speaker E: Oh no. They have to make a wisdom save. It's not disadvantage.
[01:18:46] Speaker A: They have to a wisdom save.
[01:18:47] Speaker B: I didn't even know a wisdom save.
[01:18:49] Speaker A: Something is wrong.
[01:18:49] Speaker B: I rolled a 19.
A flat 19 succeeds.
[01:18:53] Speaker E: So they could go out and hit.
[01:18:54] Speaker B: Okay, okay. With no with straight roll.
Okay, got it.
Well to crit one so it's not one. So sorry I said crit and then I was like that wasn't the right word. But here we are.
So the cavalry tries to hit Odin.
I think there's just two. They're all really worried about hitting each other also. And you're like in there. So they don't. They miss every time.
And as. As you're kind of hearing all the like clashing and stuff, I think if through everybody you can see Erendrill, look very sharply towards the southern part of the map.
I don't think you know what he's looking at, but he's looking at something very specific over here.
And I think like Auden over the clashing of swords and things like, you hear just like the littlest kind of whisper to himself and you're not really sure how you heard it, but he says, I see it.
I'm coming.

[01:27:26] Speaker B: Shall we pause until Jay is ready so then we can go over character stuff?
Okay.
Yeah.
Nailed it.
[01:27:39] Speaker A: Oh, great timing. Holy moly.
[01:27:48] Speaker B: Well.
[01:27:50] Speaker D: If Jay's computer crashes, we'll know.
[01:27:52] Speaker B: Exactly why she deleted her whole. Ready?
3, 2.
[01:27:58] Speaker D: Throw the whole thing away. Get a new one.
